Cancellation Policy of registration and hotel reservation

All cancellations should be sent to Conference Office in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

• 100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 6 October, 2019.
• No refund in case of cancellation received after 6 October, 2019.

Payment

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Payments sent after 20 October 2019 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Card number with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder, CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only in case of VISA and EC/MC) and signature of the cardholder are needed.
